A farmworker advocacy group is suing H&R Gunlund Ranches, saying the
In the lawsuit, filed Thursday in Fresno County Superior Court,
California Rural Legal Assistance accuses the farm of paying workers
less than $2 an hour.
The workers were fired in November after speaking out about not
receiving all of their money and asking for a raise.
